I have struggled with maintaining my health while trying to find the balance between work and relationships. But no matter how hard I tried to balance my personal with my business life while staying healthy, it seemed I just kept on failing.
It led to stress and frustration; I gained weight and felt completely burned out. And during this time period, I was trying to build a business helping others achieve their own health-related goals.
While living in San Francisco, I discovered how easy it was to achieve long-term health by making the right lifestyle changes to reduce overall stress. At that point everything changed!
